Verts had a cult following in their home state of Texas. But they wanted to become a national player and set their sites on a thirty restaurant east coast expansion. Verts raised $20M and hired us to shepherd that process - tightening their strategy, creating a new brand voice and design aesthetic, and launching the stores market by market.
