Les Sablons is the latest entry from the team behind Island Creek Oyster Bar, Row 34 and Eastern Standard. The restaurant is wedged into the historic, 17-foot wide Conductor's Building in Harvard Square and is one part rowdy Paris cocktail party and one part culinary world adventure. The brand identity and restaurant collateral needed to feel contemporary yet timeless, elegant without being pretentious. Just like the experience itself.
